Advanced Cleaning
What should we know about the services you provide? Better descriptions result in more sales.The latest NFPA 1851 edition states that Advanced Cleanings of all protective ensemble elements be conducted at a minimum of every 6 months.

Inspections
The latest NFPA 1851 edition states that advanced inspections of all protective ensemble elements be conducted at a minimum of every 12 months, or whenever routine inspections indicate that a problem could exist.
Advanced Inspections must be conducted by the manufacturer, a manufacturer trained organization, or a verified ISP. Complete documentation of all advanced inspections will be kept on file for the life of the garment.

Repairs
All Repairs must be performed by the original manufacturer, a verified ISP who has received training, or a member of the organization who has received training, per the latest edition of NFPA 1851. All repairs and alterations to the ensemble or ensemble element shall be done using like materials and components as the manufacturer’s method of construction which are compliant with NFPA 1971, Standard on Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting.
About Us
S3 DVBE is an innovative Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Small Business (SB) that provides contracting services and/or commodities for state, federal and commercially mandated DVBE/SB participation. The S3 team is opening, Norcal PPE, a fully verified/certified Independent Service Provider (ISP) for all repairs and cleaning to firefighter turnout equipment in accordance with NFPA 1851. The first location will be in the El Dorado Hills Business Park with future expansion as demand grows.
