About NORCAL PPE
S3 DVBE is an innovative Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Small Business (SB) specializing in contracting services and commodities for state, federal, and commercial projects requiring DVBE/SB participation. S3 has launched NorCal PPE, a fully verified and certified Independent Service Provider (ISP) dedicated to the cleaning and repair of firefighter turnout gear in compliance with NFPA 1851.
NorCal PPE will operate alongside its partner stores, Western Fire Supply and Western Tactical Uniform and Gear, providing firefighters and first responders with a full-service solution for PPE care, uniforms, and essential gear.
